Kenny is the founder and head Physical Therapist/Strength Coach at The Grappling Doc. With extensive experience treating collegiate and professional athletes, he is dedicated to delivering world-class care to the combat sport community. His background in Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo gives him a unique understanding of the demands athletes face on the mat and in the gym. Kenny’s mission is simple: help combat athletes stay healthy, perform at their best, and train for life. When he’s not working with athletes, you can find him DJing or enjoying Korean BBQ.

Edwin is a ISSA and EXOS certified Strength and Conditioning specialist. With over three years of grappling experience, he brings technical skill and athletic insight to his coaching style. At The Grappling Doc, Edwin is responsible for onboarding incoming athletes and creating individualized training programs. Beyond his coaching credentials, Edwin is a well-rounded multisport athlete with experience in running, soccer, and handball.

Christina Chu, MS, RD, CSSD (she/her) is a Boston-based sports dietitian and CEO of Christina Chu Nutrition LLC. She is excited to support The Grappling Doc athletes by sharing her wealth of knowledge through team talks, Library Hour consults, and in-app Q&A support. Her mission is to help you learn how to work with your body, not against it by creating a collaborative environment where clients are empowered to learn and practice the science and nuance of food/nutrition. She is honored to have worked with UFC, Bellator, One Championship, NCAA D1-D3 Wrestling, and IBJJF athletes, and is looking forward to continuing to serve these athletes. When she is not running her practice, you can catch her going for long walks with an iced coffee, or probably asking if she can have your dill pickle at a restaurant.
